Annual 2016-17 Fund Drive Deadline Extended to May 31, 2017

Dear Parents and Friends of St. Gabriel Episcopal School,

We are grateful to our preschool families and friends who have helped to make St. Gabriel Episcopal School such a vibrant place. We are dedicated to providing excellent education to preschoolers and making SGES a fun place to learn.

To date, 45% of our families have donated to the Annual Fund Drive either with amounts added to their monthly tuition checks, with a separate donation check written to SGES, or with other documented donations. We are striving for 100% participation. It is important to show the active participation of our families, friends, staff, and board members as we approach outside individuals and foundations for donations and grants.

Your generosity will enable us to bridge the gap between student tuition receipts and the actual, full cost of education – to purchase supplies and equipment and to hire staff needed to provide best practices in preschool education that you expect from us. This includes exceptional teachers, a low student/teacher ratio, and outstanding programs that cover science, math, nature, art, and music.

Thank you to those who have already made contributions. The Annual Giving Drive will continue until the end of May, so please help us reach our goal of 100% participation by family, friends, staff, and board members!! A donation of any size is greatly appreciated, especially those that cover the Cost of Education.

St. Gabriel Episcopal School Annual Fund Donation Form

It is the goal of St. Gabriel Episcopal School (SGES) to keep our preschool education program accessible to the community. The full Cost of Education (COE) and development is not covered by student tuition alone. We are looking to our friends of the school who are able to make a contribution to our Annual Fund Drive to help cover the difference. These donations will help us provide classroom materials, teacher tools, training materials and classes for staff, and other capital needs for the classrooms. Please select a suggested level or a contribution of your choice.

Our staff is dedicated to providing excellent education to preschoolers but the reality we face, along with other start-ups and private schools, is that expenses are not fully covered by tuition alone.

It is important to us to keep our school accessible to families in this growing neighborhood. Your Annual Giving contribution can help close the gap between tuition and the actual cost of running the school.

Your generosity will enable us to purchase supplies and equipment and hire staff. With your contribution, we will be able to continue to provide the best practices in preschool education that you expect. We are dedicated to having exceptional teachers, low student/teacher ratios, and outstanding programs that cover science, math, nature, art, and music.

Every donation, large or small, makes a difference and moves us closer to our goal. Our goal is to have 100% staff and parent participation at any amount you are able, as this is one of our only fundraisers throughout the year.
